We are very pleased to have been chosen as one of three of last years winners of an STV Scottish heroes Award to feature on their launch programme for the new series. Filming is happening today and the programme will be screened on 5th Oct which will me more good publicity for us. We were chosen because of the new things we are doing-taking visitors to visit people who have cancer and doing a pilot of taking people to dialysis appointments.
We are delighted to receive, for the second time!!, the Falkirk Volunteering Award for Outstanding contribution to Health and Wellbeing. Many thanks and congratulations to all the volunteers who are the reason have achieved this.

Many thanks to everyone who sent cards and donated money over the Christmas period. June Stokes and her friends made loads by knitting tiny Christmas puddings and filling them with chocolates, the 3 am club had a wicked Christmas ball-the photo shows them handing over the money and Larbert OPera collected money at their pantomime-to name but a few.
Many thanks to Tom Horn who arranged another fantastic fundraiser at Bonnybridge Bowling club earlier this year. He raised the amazing amount of £2551 each for the Driving Force and Strathcarron hospice.
Anybody with cancer who is registered at either Bonnybridge, Banknock, Denny Cross, or Carronbank Health Centre can use our drivers to take them to and from hospital appointments and treatment sessions for cancer
